The services provided by DBS Consulting (DBS) are undertaken in a manner designed to improve the operational efficiency and profitability of small – medium size enterprises. Being Mandurah based our clients are mainly located in the region from Perth south to Bunbury. However our service delivery is not confined to companies located in this geographical area with organisations throughout Western Australia or with interstate / international operations accommodated.
With our engagement client organisations are able to consider a range of business activities over which a review, or series of reviews, may be conducted in order to deliver a documented set of observations &/or recommendations.
DBS offers an initial assessment of an organisation’s internal business processes with the investigation structured so as to work, in conjunction with the business owner(s) & staff, towards isolating and resolving any specific issues and to identify any associated areas which may require further attention. Subsequent involvement can continue through to any level as may be requested.
We offer higher level Management & Business Consulting Reviews through detailed Procedural Reviews and Requirement Specifications as well as Accreditation of tourist industry participants with the Tourism Council of WA.
Each consulting project is undertaken under an agreed ‘Scope of Works’ which details the breadth of services to be provided. These services are usually offered on a fixed ‘agreed fee’ basis relating directly to each agreed assignment. Any subsequent engagement of DBS is treated as a seperate project and 'Scoped' as such.
