Why we created DBS Consulting
We launched DBS Consulting because we wanted to deliver building services that focus on the needs of the tenant. Our co-founders and Directors Darren Beaver and Nathan Syme actively lead and engage in every project, bringing extensive experience to building services project management and workplace fitouts.
The DBS team focuses on keeping things simple and seamless. We explain our innovative technical solutions in a language that everyone can understand, not just engineers.
Our priority is to provide our clients the solutions and advice they need to achieve their objectives, as well as to maintain a trusted, ongoing relationship with our clients and the broader project team.

The company was founded in 2018 by well-respected building services engineer Darren Beaver and experienced business management Director Nathan Syme. DBS has grown to a team of 16 specialists in workplace fitout and refurbishment, who are passionate about finding the perfect fit for your needs. Unlike peers in the market, DBS is a proactive partner, driving the design and construction process.
Today, DBS offers a full range of integrated building services for all phases of a project, including due diligence, briefing, design, peer review and construction.
